Oven Roasted Broccoli

Some people like this served with parmesan on top, but we like it best just as is roasted, simple to make, delicious, nutritious.

 

about 2 pounds broccoli florets

3 to 4 T. extra virgin olive oil

1 to 2 tsp. garlic salt

 

Preheat oven to 400°.

Line an 11x15x1 baking sheet with parchment paper. 

First of all, put the broccoli florets, olive oil, and garlic salt into a bowl to stir/coat all. Then place onto the parchment lined baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 15 to 22 minutes, until edges/bottoms are golden and broccoli is tender to your preference. Makes 4 to 5 servings.
