Pan Roasted Zucchini

A tasty easy healthy side dish to go with many meals.....

 

2 medium sized fresh zucchini

Olive oil

Garlic salt

 

Wash and slice the zucchini. Heat about 3 T. olive oil on medium or medium high heat, in a large fry pan. Add the sliced zucchini in one layer as much as is possible. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Cook until golden brown, turn and cook other side. No worry if all are not as 'roasted' as other pieces. Serve immediately.
